SANY South Africa is looking for young, energetic graduates to join our Sales Trainee Program — a one-year journey designed to shape the next generation of sales and marketing leaders in the heavy equipment industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Get hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Support real projects — from product launches to trade shows and digital campaigns
- Conduct market research and learn how to turn data into strategy
- Work closely with mentors and business leaders who will help you grow
- Experience cross-functional teamwork in a global environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from a leading university
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for machinery, technology, and innovation
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus!)
- Open to travel and eager to learn
