The South African Police Service (SAPS) is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for its 24-month Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) Internship Programme for the 2025/2026 financial year. Funded by the Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA), this programme is part of the National Human Resource Development Strategy and the National Skills Development Strategy.

Who Can Apply: Generic Requirements
Before applying, make sure you meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35
- Be in possession of a National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NCV L4)
- Have no previous criminal conviction(s) or pending case(s)
- Be currently unemployed and have never been employed in the field of the advertised post
- Have never participated in an internship programme relevant to the field of the post
- Apply for no more than three (3) positions and submit a separate application form for each post reference number
For the Graduate Intern category, a tertiary qualification is required, and a Statement of Results must be attached to the application.
Please note: The stipend for this internship will be determined by SASSETA.
