The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is accepting applications for its International Bursaries for the 2025 academic year. Here are the key details for interested applicants:
Key Information:
- Deadline: 07 April 2025
- Location: South Africa
- Bursary Amount: Capped at R280,000 (includes tuition and living expenses)
- Program: Post-Graduate Film and TV Studies (International)
- Eligibility:
- Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
- Must demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
- Must have a good academic record.
- Must be enrolled for full-time post-graduate studies in a film/TV program at an accredited overseas institution.
- The course must commence in September/October 2025.
- The course must not be offered in South Africa.
- Note: Live performance or acting courses are excluded from this grant.

- Ensure all information is correct: Incomplete or late applications will be automatically disqualified.
