The Fitch Bursary Programme aims to identify and support outstanding students who demonstrate strong academic ability, commitment, and alignment with Fitch’s core fields of study. The programme provides financial assistance and development opportunities to high-performing students who aspire to build successful careers in Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, or Mathematics.
The Fitch Bursary Programme seeks to invest in exceptional young talent who are academically strong, motivated, and capable of maintaining consistent performance throughout their studies. Our goal is to support students who are well-positioned to complete their qualifications successfully and become employable within Fitch or similar organisations upon graduation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates should;
- Demonstrate strong academic results, both historically and currently.
- Be enrolled in one of the following fields of study:
- Economics
- Finance
- Data Analysis
- Mathematics
- Be registered at a well-recognised tertiary institution in South Africa.
- Have direct acceptance into their chosen qualification (no bridging courses).
- Exhibit motivation, discipline, and a commitment to academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applications are open to;-
- First-year and Second-year undergraduate students.
- South African citizens enrolled full-time in a relevant qualification.
