We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Worker to join our team in Rosslyn. The General Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our business. This may include general cleaning and maintenance duties, assisting with basic construction projects, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows
- Assist with basic construction projects, such as painting, minor repairs, and landscaping
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist other team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Working Conditions:
- This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- The General Worker may be exposed to dust, chemicals, and other cleaning agents
- Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
