Are you a young South African, eager to kickstart your career in the food service industry?
Bidfood invites passionate, driven, and committed youth to apply for our Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme, an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop essential workplace skills.
What We Offer:
- 12-month fixed-term work experience placement.
- Hands-on learning in a dynamic Wholesale & Retail environment.
- Exposure to different departments and career pathways.
- Professional development, coaching, and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35.
- Currently unemployed and seeking work experience.
- Not presently a full time-student.
- Have not previously participated in the YES Programme.
- Matric certificate.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player.
- We are looking for young people with grit, who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a real passion for our business and the foodservice sector.
- You must be willing and able to commit to the completion of a full 12-month YES4Youth programme.
