Bidvest Tank Terminals Richards Bay has various opportunities for graduates to join the 18-month Graduate Programme commencing 01 August 2024.
The Main Purpose of the Programme:
To provide Graduates with various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace.
To provide Graduates with on-the-job work experience in their chosen fields of study.
To provide exposure and understanding of operations within BTT.
Minimum Requirements
No previous experience
A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
Completed Diploma or Degree in the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Human Resources Management
Duties and Responsibilities
Competencies: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
Must be computer literate
Ability to work in a logical and organised manner
Ability to practice good workplace ethics
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
High levels of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as require
