Role Overview

BlueBridge One is a leading NetSuite Solution Provider with 21 years of experience selling, implementing and developing within the NetSuite cloud business management suite.

We value our business growth and have expanded our talent pool through our Intern/Graduate Programme. This initiative equips future leaders with the in-demand NetSuite skillset within our company and the broader industry.

We are looking for enthusiastic recent graduates to join our 23-month training programme in Global Services. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with clients, implement and support projects, and contribute to our growth while learning from experienced professionals and developing industry-relevant skills for a successful career.

Our Internship Programme is a 23-month structured program that focuses on building technical expertise in NetSuite. During the first year, all graduates will undergo comprehensive training, gaining a strong foundation in NetSuite’s core functionalities and processes. In the second year, graduates will have the opportunity to specialise in either the technical or functional stream, each with its own set of specialised skills and requirements.

  • Interns choosing the Technical stream will focus on advanced technical skills, including coding, system customization, and development, preparing them for roles such as Technical Consultants (developers)
  • Interns opting for the Functional stream will delve deeper into business processes, solution design, and client-facing consulting, preparing them for roles as Functional Consultants ( business analysts)

Each path provides a unique learning experience and equips interns with the specific skills needed to thrive in their chosen career direction.

We are eager to engage forward-thinking and passionate recent graduates for our programme. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in technology, and ERP solutions, along with excellent Google and MS Office skills. We seek individuals who can elevate their abilities by understanding and solving dynamic business challenges.

The training programme includes rotations across various departments within BlueBridge One, Global Services Departments (Support, Implementation, and Customer Success).

Throughout each phase, you will receive extensive support, including coaching, shadowing, and access to both internal and external training opportunities. Your assigned buddy, mentor, and line manager will be there to guide you and support your development.

Upon completion of the 23-month training, you will be assessed on your ability to fast-track within the specific career path.

Key Responsibilities:

The main functions of the role include but are not limited to:

Support the team within your rotation as follows:

Learning and Development

  • Complete Training Programs
  • Attend Training Sessions: Participate in both internal and external training sessions to build knowledge in key areas
  • Shadow Senior Consultants: Gain insights by shadowing experienced professionals

Mentorship and Collaboration

  • Engage in Mentorship Programs: Pair with mentors who can guide technical and soft skills, career development, and organisational culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments or focus groups to develop a holistic understanding of the business and strengthen teamwork
  • Learning about the overall structure of BB1 and how each department fits within the business structure.

Time Management and Accountability

  • Manage Time and Tasks: Learn to manage multiple responsibilities by using tools like teamwork, time tracking, and prioritisation techniques.
  • Ownership of Small Assignments: Take full responsibility for completing smaller tasks, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.

Project Support

  • Assist on Projects: Support project teams by taking on small tasks such as preparing reports, mastering data, or managing project documentation.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in drafting process flows, business specifications, or client-facing documentation under guidance from senior consultants.
  • Attend client meetings to understand project dynamics, ask relevant questions, and take notes to better understand client needs
  • Getting industry-specific exposure through working on various types of assignments

Problem Solving and Innovation

  • Identify Process Improvements: Suggest improvements or innovative ideas that could streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, or improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist in Troubleshooting: Participate in identifying and solving problems.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

  • Seek and Act on Feedback: Regularly seek feedback from mentors, managers, and colleagues, and use it to improve performance and skill development.
  • Self-Assessment: Reflect on personal progress and set development goals to ensure growth within the graduate program.

Industry Experience & Qualification (required):

  • Recent graduate (2023/2024). Degree (or above) in;-
    • Accounting,
    • Business,
    • Mathematics,
    • IT,
    • Computer Science,
    • Engineering
    • Or a related field.
