Broadband Infraco invites unemployed South African graduates and students to apply for the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) and Internship opportunities 2025. These 12-month programmes offer practical training, workplace exposure, and mentorship across different divisions.
1. Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP)
- Duration: 12 Months
- Division: Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
- Number Required: 2 (Bloemfontein)
Entry Requirements & Qualifications
- Matric.
- Completed theoretical studies (S4) of National Diploma or N6 National Certificate in:
- Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current / Light Current), or
- Computer Science.
- Letter from University confirming workplace exposure is required to complete qualification.
- No working experience required.
2. Internship Opportunities
a) Compliance, Risk and Audit
- Duration: 12 Months
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Internal Auditing.
- National Diploma or BCom Informatics.
- Number Required: 2 (Internal Auditing x1, Business Process Management x1).
b) Finance
- Duration: 12 Months
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Number Required: 1.
c) Supply Chain Management
- Duration: 12 Months
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing Management.
- Number Required: 1.
d) Human Resources
- Duration: 12 Months
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Human Resources, Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology.
- Number Required: 1.
Stipend
A monthly stipend will be offered throughout the duration of the programme.
