The Browns internship offers ongoing mentoring and hands-on experience in driving strategy, innovation and performance. This 12-month programme will give a few talented interns access to business leaders, professional artisans and the pioneers of South Africa’s number one luxury jewellery brand.
Requirements:
The Browns internship is aimed at degreed graduates with a passion for life and work.
- All academic fields will be considered with special consideration of the following;-
- Engineering
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Merchandising
- We’re looking for mature candidates with an appreciation of fine jewellery and luxury.
- Business acumen or a good understanding of how a business works is a recommendation.
- Must be highly organised, and exceptional at completing tasks both quickly and well.
- Your eagerness to follow-through on work assignments demonstrates your high potential for growth.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a non-negotiable.
- Any project-based experience is advantageous.
- You must be prepared to work retail hours (incl. weekends and public holidays).
- Own transport is advantageous.
