Salary: R89 408.00 annual stipend

The Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) is inviting applications for its 2025/26 Internship Programme. This program targets unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35, who are in need of experiential training to complete their qualifications. Successful candidates will receive a stipend of R89,408 per annum for 24 months. The department is committed to promoting diversity, including encouraging persons with disabilities to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Must be in possession of a National Diploma or Degree from a recognised South African university in relevant fields.
- Candidates must not have participated in an internship programme previously.
- Only those who meet the educational requirements for the positions will be considered.
- Applicants are expected to submit the new Z83 form, available from the Department of Water and Sanitation website or the DPSA website.
