Role Outline:

Responsible for executing all assigned loading and off-loading tasks in accordance with delivery procedures. Committed to following instructions provided by the Team Leader and Managers. Ensures accurate fulfilment of all delivery instructions and tasks assigned. Always strives to uphold the integrity of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements.
- Build the knowledge & experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects.
- To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise.
- To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
- When carrying out duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices.
- A strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and analysis.
- A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks undertaken.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Matric.
- Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Power BI.

Graduate: Supply Chain
Job Purpose:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key logistics and supply chain functions within the organization. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations – including procurement, inventory management, warehousing distribution and supplier coordination while developing professional and leadership skills for future advancement within DHL
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Assist with daily operations across procurement, warehousing, transport and inventory management.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on supply chain metrics (eg. Lead times, delivery accuracy, cost efficiency)
- Participate in demand and supply planning meetings to understand forecasting and capacity alignment
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reconciling inventory variances
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and operational standards
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review
