Program Overview:
Our Supply Chain Apprenticeship is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in one of the most critical parts of the business: getting the right products to the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. This program is designed for high-potential graduates looking to make an impact through hands-on involvement in key operational areas.
You’ll be embedded within our supply chain team and contribute to high-priority projects that directly influence our performance and customer experience. If you’re analytical, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your platform to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management & Processing: Help streamline inventory tracking systems, improve inbound and outbound processes, and reduce discrepancies in stock accuracy across multiple locations.
- Logistics & Fulfilment: Support initiatives to optimise delivery timelines, reduce transportation costs, and implement scalable last-mile solutions.
- Wholesale Sales Channels: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure product availability, timely dispatch, and service-level compliance for wholesale partners and retailers.
- Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies, suggest system upgrades or procedural shifts, and assist in executing solutions that boost reliability and scalability.
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather and analyse supply chain data to produce actionable insights that support operational decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
A recent graduate or final-year student in;-
- Supply Chain,
- Logistics,
- Business,
- Operations Management,
- Or a related field.
Competencies:
- Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers, systems, and working with data to draw conclusions.
- Communicative and collaborative – you’re someone who can work with both warehouse staff and senior managers.
- A self-starter who thrives in environments where initiative and ownership are valued.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is essential. Knowledge of ERP or inventory systems is a bonus.
