About the Role:
Giving Wings is seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Intern Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Programme Coordination within the fields of consulting, training, and development.
As an Intern Programme Coordinator, you will support the execution of impactful projects by assisting in research, data management, stakeholder engagement, and logistical coordination. You will work closely with our Programme Manager and various cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful implementation of programmes that empower entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations across South Africa
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage databases and input information, data capturing, and records.
- Take notes and memos during meetings, type documents, drafts, and reports.
- Compile newsletter and blog articles.
- Maintain client files and organize documents.
- Administrate Programme social media posts and emails.
- Respond to client queries via email and telephone.
- Organise, set up and break down training workshop deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 year or above qualification preferably in;-
- Business,
- Marketing,
- Communication
- Or a related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects.
