Global Oil is inviting you to apply for a Placement (EXTERNAL POSITION)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
- Design and manage online ads, promotions, and artwork, ensuring brand consistency.
- Run our website’s recipe page, coordinating with content creators to craft engaging, foodie-friendly content.
- Launch and manage our loyalty program, including weekly mailers and exclusive specials for members.
- Handle basic website updates and mailers using Shopify and major e-commerce platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (posting, engaging, analytics) and support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in conjunction with our digital marketing agency.
- Conduct market research, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for the team.
- Assist with administrative tasks like maintaining databases and coordinating with vendors.
Requirements:
- Matric Grade 12
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing and content creation (some e-commerce or social media experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills for remote teamwork and campaign coordination.
- Comfort with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or social media schedulers (bonus if you have run ads).
- A dynamic, adaptable personality ready to grow with us.
- Driver’s license.
