Role Purpose:
- Assist with research, data analysis, and report creation.
- Collaborate with the Quantitative Insights specialist.
- Deliver insights to support the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, economics, statistics, marketing, or related field (advantageous)
- 0-1 year work experience in research (advantageous)
- Strong interest in market research and consumer behaviour
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct research projects (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and software
- Create and present reports and dashboards
- Assist with administration tasks, workshops, and meetings
