We are looking for a detail-oriented B-BBEE Intern to assist in the implementation and administration of our Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, the ability to follow instructions, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities..
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling and maintaining B-BBEE compliance documentation.
- Support the team in data collection, verification, and analysis for B-BBEE reporting.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to B-BBEE scorecard management.
- Assist with supplier and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with B-BBEE requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Support the team with employment equity and skills development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within set guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous:
- HR qualification or relevant qualification.
- Understanding of B-BBEE codes and legislation.
- Prior experience (1–2 years) in B-BBEE administration, HR, or compliance.
