HWSETA invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for HWSETA Legal Internships 2024 / 2025
Internship Application Closing Date: 21 June 2024
Internship Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
Salary: R10 600.00 monthly stipend
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will gain training and workplace experience within the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the Legal department
- Schedule meetings and other appointments on behalf of the Legal Officer in the Department
- Open and maintain legal files in accordance with legal practices
- Assist with handling legal administration requirements
- Organize and maintain legal documents, and case files
- Check and monitor standing instructions
- Assist the legal officer with legal research
- Assist in the development of tender contracts
- Assist with the Contracts Register by ensuring that it is in place and up to date
- Maintain records and a database of legal service providers
- Assist in maintaining legal opinions database
- Attend to adhoc requests emanating from the Legal Services management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Law Degree (LLB)
