Creator Solutions Intern
As a member of the Creator Solutions team, our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will contribute to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will support campaign execution and senior team members on a variety of larger programs.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience contributing to influencer marketing programs
- Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfilment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
- Previous agency experience is a major plus
- Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates are a major plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel & Powerpoint
Customer Engineering & Technical Services Intern
As a Customer Engineering & Technical Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Impact.com’s technology platform while working on key projects related to data analytics, internal solutions, and technical support. You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing data processes, and supporting internal teams with actionable insights. This role will also provide exposure to customer solutions, helping clients integrate and troubleshoot technical implementations.
We are looking for analytical thinkers with a data-driven mindset who are comfortable working with SQL, APIs, and data visualisation tools like Looker to build queries, generate reports, and troubleshoot technical issues. If you are eager to apply your data analytics, problem-solving, and technical consulting skills in a real-world setting while gaining hands-on experience with a leading SaaS partnership management platform, this six month internship is for you!
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in;-
- Computer Science,
- Information Systems,
- Data Analytics,
- Or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, analysing, and optimising datasets.
- Experience with Looker or other data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to connect multiple data sources to create comprehensive dashboards that support internal teams.
- Familiarity with APIs and their role in data integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in technical enablement, internal data support, and business analytics.
