Kagiso Trust invites unemployed youth to apply for Graduate and Non-Graduate Internships / Internship Programme for 2025 / 2026.

The Trust is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applicants are invited to apply for the 2025 / 2026 Internship Programme.
Applicants should be unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.

Socio-Economic Development Intern

Duties:
- Impact fund management and business support.
Socio Economic programme design and implementation. - Entrepreneurial & commercial principles.

Programme Management & Research Intern

Duties:
- Administer documentation of work of programmes or projects of the Unit (PMO) documents.
- Conduct research on internet and/or in the field and compile research reports, articles and/or factsheets.
- Monitor and report global and national trends and emerging issues relating to Kagiso Trust programmes.
- Conduct administration work for research activities.
- Organise programmes meetings and compile meeting reports.
- Participate in digitisation of programmes management (quarterly reports, etc.), monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL)

- Tracking and monitoring of legislative and policy developments in South Africa and the SADC region.

HR Intern

Duties:
- Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include Administration and coordination of all staff files, Payroll administration, reception relief, etc.
- Collating training-related data, including confirmation of training venues and dates.

- Assist in documenting the implementation process of KT’s Education Development Model.

- Handling research-based queries. Identify areas that can be advocated and backed by research.
- Administer the learning management system, ensuring its smooth operation and address user queries related to the KT learning management system.
