Kudon Engineering Services is an engineering services company formed in 2016 with a mission to contribute to the sustainable development of Africa by offering engineering operations and maintenance services in Africa’s key industries.
To achieve this mission, we would like to partner up and collaborate with young, innovative, and hardworking graduates with at least 1-year working experience and inherent entrepreneurial spirit.
Suitable candidates will be graduates in the following fields:
- Engineering
- Accounting
- Business Management
- IT
- Marketing
- Other (or equivalent qualification)
Your roles will include, but not limited to the following
- SALES, SALES, SALES (the most important attribute for this position)
- Marketing
- Tendering
- Project management
- Business processes development and optimisation
The contract has a 6-months duration (subject to extension based on employee and company performance) with a 3-months’ probation period and has a basic pay + commission-based incentive structure.
NB: Candidates should be South African citizens who are competent and qualified drivers and are also willing to relocate to Emalahleni.
