Role Overview:
As an HR Intern at Liquid Thought, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a digital agency. Under the guidance of our HR team, you will assist in various HR functions and projects, contributing to the development of our talent management strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documents, orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Degree in;-
- Human Resources Management,
- Business Administration,
- Or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
