This internship is an opportunity to work at our Client Success division.

Client Success focuses on engaging and growing Meltwater’s current client base. An Account Manager is designated with a portfolio of clients and is responsible for building positive long-term relationships across Africa.

The Role

The Client Success Intern will support the Account Manager on a specific account.

• The majority of the work will be data cleaning and reclassifying sentiment on the platform in line with our customer’s requirements.
• This data on the platform is picked up based on keywords and will be in various languages. We therefore need someone to be able to interpret Afrikaans, Xhosa and Zulu.
• In addition to this you will be trained on all aspects of our platform and you will also assist with regular account work.
• Our online learning platform also offers a wealth of information and knowledge around our industry and business in general.

You will receive full training on how to complete your tasks with ongoing support whilst being fully embraced in the Meltwater culture as part of the team.
