As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern to join our team and help us build a strong workforce. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern, you will assist our Talent Executive in various aspects of the recruitment process. Your primary duties will include;-
- Ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date
- Arranging initial screening interviews
- Managing administrative tasks using Google Suite
- Schedule and arrange initial screening interviews
- Assist in drafting and posting job adverts
- Coordinate communication between candidates and the recruitment team
- Manage and organise recruitment-related documentation using Google Suite
- Support other recruitment and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in;-
- Human Resources,
- Business Administration,
- Or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy
