The HR Graduate Programme is open to graduates with a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. If you have no prior work experience but are eager to learn, this opportunity is perfect for you! The program is aimed at providing young, unemployed graduates with the skills and experience needed to launch a successful HR career.
High Level Job Objectives:
- To expose the Graduate on day-to-day operational activities relating to HR processes such as Recruitment; Onboarding; Employee Records; Employee Wellness; Employee Performance; Employee Relations; and Offboarding.
