[VACANCY] 12 MONTHS TVET INTERNSHIP X3 PROGRAMMES:
- DEPARTMENT (X1)
- HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT (X1)
- RESOURCE MOBILISATION DEPARTMENT (X1)
The Intern will be responsible for assisting the department with the day-to-day performance and monitoring of key departmental functions to enable the achievement of the deliverables for the Unit.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have obtained a TVET Diploma in one of the following;-
- Management Assistant
- Human Resources
- Business Management
Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and generate reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Problem-solving skills and innovation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with initiative
