RESPONSIBILITIES:
AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO AND GIVEN TRAINING IN:
- Gain insights on Recruitment: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Retention: Contribute to initiatives aimed at retaining top talent within the organization.
- Performance Management: Learn how to support the performance management process, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Training & Development: Participate in the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Business Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s key business, major priorities, and objectives.
- Project and Change Management: Learn how to apply project and change management principles to HR projects, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Administrative Functions: Perform various HR-related administrative tasks to support the HR team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a current / valid Temple recommend and/or be worthy to possess one.
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in;-
- Human Resources,
- Industrial Psychology
- Sociology
- Law
- Commerce
- Business
- Or related discipline
- A post graduate qualification will be and added advantage
- Must be a Young Adult between 18-to 35-years of age.
- Skills set required: problem solving, analytical, reliable, and humble:
- Strong interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to travel throughout the South African Area.
