- 6 month Graduate Programme with full-time position on offer on pass of probation
- Structured Training Programme:
- Month 1: Induction & Learning (videos, presentations, on-demand)
- Month 2 – 5: Four week team rotation
- Month 6: Team Placement & Immercement
- Content: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Analytics, Soft-Skills and more…
- Exposure to senior staff from early on

Education Level:
- 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree (WITS, UCT or Stellenbosch) – Ideally degree backgrounds with exposure to analytics such as;-
- Finance
- Economics
- Maths
- Engineering
- Physics
- Although all Degree subjects are welcome
Role Requirements
- A recent Bachelor’s degree from a South African, internationally recognised University
- Ability to adapt to on-the-go training
- An interest in data, analytics and digital marketing
- Interest or happy to work in client facing role
