Our client is looking to appoint a Procurement Intern for 12 months to join their dynamic team.
Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Procurement intern to join the procurement team and gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
The successful graduate will gain experience in:
- Reporting on sales,
- Reporting on insurance claims
- Analyzing and reporting on pricing,
- Managing vendors stakeholders
- Conduct Analysis on quality and cost saving
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Help coordinate and track stock to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock taking.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Recently graduated or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Logistics,
- Supply Chain Management,
- Or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems is beneficial.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
