We are currently looking for passionate, curious, and driven interns to join our Advisory Team for our 2026 intake (February – July 2026).
What You will Do:
As part of our Advisory team, you will work alongside project teams to support high-impact consulting mandates. You will;-
- Conduct market assessments and industry research across sectors such as natural capital, the future of food, and the green energy transition
- Support in developing ESG and impact strategies and crafting compelling presentations and storylines that drive decisions
- Contribute to financial analyses and valuation models underpinning innovative transactions and investments
- Collaborate with multi-country teams on projects that sit at the heart of sustainability and private sector development
This is not your typical internship. You will be embedded in real mandates, shaping insights that inform investment and advisory decisions globally.
What we are looking for:
- You have recently completed a degree in;-
- Economics,
- Finance,
- Business,
- Or related fields
- Masters degrees preferred
- You are fluent in English (proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus)
- You have strong analytical and communication skills and are comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- You are proactive, organised and able to manage multiple task and deadlines
- You thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and care deeply about impact
- You work well in a team that values curiosity, courage, and collaboration
- You believe in working across borders and disciplines to build systems that last
