About the Internship:
TIKZN, the official trade and inward investment promotion agency for KwaZulu-Natal, is offering internship opportunities for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. Interns will be placed in the Office of the CEO and will be exposed to high-level administrative and governance functions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with organising and managing Board and sub-committee meetings
- Prepare and distribute agendas, papers, and minutesfor Board and management meetings
- Ensure record-keeping and adherence to the Access to Information Act
- Support the monitoring and updating of organisational policies
- Coordinate office administrative operations to enhance compliance and efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Legal,
- Communication,
- Linguistics,
- Business,
- Or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
