Salary: R5 000.00 monthly stipend

The Libraries Graduate Internship provides hands-on training in library and information services or financial administration within the library context. Successful candidates will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, participating in various operations to develop workplace competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise library resources (cataloguing, shelving, inventory)
- Support library users with inquiries and resource access
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation
- Contribute to financial record-keeping within library operations
- Participate in library events, workshops, and outreach programmes
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Library and Information Studies or a Finance-related qualification
- Completed qualification from a recognised institution
- Certified copies of qualifications must be submitted with the application
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
