We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Human Resource Graduate Intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time internship. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and to learn from industry professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with employee onboarding paperwork
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conducting exit interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Coordinate and assist with training and development programs for employees
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
