In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition Specialists in delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service to the business. Job Description:
- Provide administrative assistance/support to the TA team
- Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
- Manage and update the TA drives, Google sheets with relevant information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist TA Specialists in posting job ads on career pages where need be
- Maintaining administrative systems, i.e. HR Shares drive with employment contracts created, Employee codes, etc.
- General office administration functions
- Pre-employment checks
- References checks on candidates
- Check data accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
- Bachelor Degree (preferable)
- 2 years recruitment administration experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Team player, with a high level of energy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Emotional intelligence and Assertive
