With a 5-year fixed term contract, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading government entity that plays a key role in South Africa’s economy.

About the Job:

The CIPC Call Centre Agents will handle customer calls, assisting, advising, and informing customers on CIPC’s wide range of products, services, processes, and procedures. This role involves providing excellent customer service, striving for first call resolution, and contributing to the overall performance of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound customer calls.
  • Offer accurate information and advice on CIPC’s services, products, and related processes.
  • Aim for first call resolution, addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure all calls are logged and feedback is provided to customers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of organizational performance standards.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum education and experience criteria:

  • Education:
    • A three-year Diploma, National Diploma, B Degree, or Advanced Diploma in;-
      • Call or Contact Centre Management,
      • Communications,
      • Marketing, or
      • Business Management.
    • A Call Centre certificate would be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years’ Call Centre experience is required, where prior customer service experience will be highly beneficial.
