A vacancy exists for a HR Administrator stationed at our Pretoria Branch. The position will report to the HR Manager respectively. The overall purpose of this position is to assist to ensure an effective and efficient Human Resource function to the branch. The successful applicant must reside in Pretoria

Key Areas (not totally inclusive):

  • Confirmation of employment
  • Assisting with Injury on Duty (IOD)
  • Training co-ordination
  • General filing
  • Handling and filling of queries
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Handling of ad hoc queries from management
  • Provident and UIF claims
  • Funeral fund claims
  • HR project coordination
  • Other ad-hoc function

Qualifications, experience and other competencies required:

  • Matric equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably HR certificate/diploma
  • At least 2 years’ experience, preferably in an administrator environment
  • Preferably 1 years’ experience in Security Industry.
  • Must be highly organised, energetic, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and for extended hours, if required
  • Full competence in the use and application of the MS Office programs
  • SAP knowledge essential
  • Must be multilingual
  • Must have own transport.

  • Be proactive and innovative.
  • Must be assertive, honest, professional and reliable.

Core Competencies:

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong planning, organizational, administration skills is required.
  • Good interpersonal and client liaison skills are required.
  • Experience in investigation techniques and report writing.
  • Willing and able to work extended/flexi hours if and when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
