iDexis Compounding Specialists provides industry leading compounding solutions and drug development to our customers who consist of medical prescribers, wellness and holistic health practitioners and pharmacies.
Position Summary:
The Pharmacist position will be responsible for the following duties (non-exhaustive list);-
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Verify compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- Participate in internal audits.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacist assistants to maintain documentation.
- Address quality-related issues as they arise.
- Uphold commitment to delivering high-quality compounded medications.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of GMP and the Pharmaceutical Industry Laws and Regulations and Ethics.
- Experience in Regulatory Requirements and Quality Assurance advantageous
- Minimum level of education: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
- Current valid registration in good standing with South African Pharmacy Council
- Required minimum experience: Completed internship and community service
