Join a diversified and progressive agricultural group as a Learner Grain Trader and grow with the business as you develop your knowledge and skills in this fascinating, fast-paced field. This is a permanent position with a lucrative future. The initial two-year learnership period will set you up for success as a Trader and then Senior Trader as your career develops. The position is based in Bloemfontein and requires attendance in person at the offices.

Minimum Requirements:
- A completed degree in;-
- Commerce,
- Business,
- Economics,
- Finance, or
- Risk Management.
- Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics as subjects would be an advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Afrikaans
- Strong learning agility
- True desire to grow and succeed
- A love for South Africa and a genuine interest in South African agriculture/ soft commodities
- Critical understanding of the importance of relationship building
