The ideal candidate should be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while meeting tight deadlines. They must have strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and be able to communicate effectively across departments.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Paralegal qualification
- LLB qualification (advantageous)
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or corporate legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Temporary Procurement Administrator
Optimi is looking for a Temporary Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic Central Supply Chain team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and suppliers, and has strong administrative and coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement processes, supplier management, financial administration, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Procurement or Supply Chain
- 3–5 years’ relevant procurement experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Exposure to supplier management and supply chain operations
- Finance background (advantageous)
- MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer (or equivalent)
- Pastel, Teams, WMS, PowerPoint (advantageous)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Temporary Support Assistant
An educational company in Centurion is currently looking to hire an individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills to join our team for a 12-month contract (January – December 2026) as a Technical Support Assistant. The ideal candidate should display the desired level of technical competency and eager to learn.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or final year in IT, Engineering and/or related field (with limited subjects in 2025).
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL Server, MS Word & MS Projects.
- Well-spoken with a good command of English and Afrikaans verbally and in written communication.
- Must be detail-orientated and analytical.

Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Administration and Client Services Qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Must be assertive.
