As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide expert guidance and support on all people-related matters while always ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will improve and innovate processes to deliver a seamless employee experience, and will manage all employee onboarding and offboarding processes. You will manage the budget for the people initiatives you implement, and be responsible for overseeing the successful adoption of technology and systems to underpin the HR and People function across the organisation.
Requirements & Attributes:
- Degree in;-
- HR Management or
- Organisational Psychology
- Or similar
- Postgraduate preferred
- A strong team player and adherent to the principles of the Legitimate Leadership philosophy, who holds themself accountable to the business
- Innovative and strategically-minded, yet also operationally rigorous and action-oriented
- Trusted advisor on all matters people related, with good consultation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator with high levels of EQ
- Understands how to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Drives a culture of continuous learning and skills enhancement
- Demonstrable working knowledge of People Information systems (SAGE People or similar)
