Are you an unemployed graduate looking an internship? We are looking for unemployed graduates who have never participated in an internship programme. This is a 12 months’ internship programme. People living with disabilities are also encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- On-the-job practical training
- Attend structured classroom learning sessions
- Develop technical skills in specific agricultural areas
- Assist in daily farm or agribusiness operations
- Learn and apply safety protocols
- Participate in crop or livestock management activities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery
- Assist in implementing new agricultural technologies
- Learn basic financial management in agriculture
- Participate in quality control processes
- Assist in sustainable farming practices
- Develop problem-solving skills in real-world agricultural scenarios
- Learn about agricultural supply chain management
- Assist in data collection and record keeping
- Participate in team projects and collaborative work
