Barberton Mines is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity through our Engineering Learnership and Experiential Programme, designed to empower aspiring artisans by providing technical training, practical hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship across various engineering disciplines. This programme aims to support participants in acquiring the skills and workplace exposure.
Requirements:
- South African Citizenship.
- Matric with pure Mathematics and Physical Sciences.
- Minimum pass rate of 60% and above for subjects in final year (No subject failed).
- Good communication skills.
- Good supervisory, management and leadership skills.
- Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
- Security clearance certificate showing clean criminal record.
- Barberton Mines Valid Medical fitness certificate within 21 days from accepting our offer.
