As part of our learnership program, GWK offers various learnerships in the Retail industry. Learnership program is to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Retai environment. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blendid learning approach.

- 10x Business Administration Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
- 4x Retail Store Manager / Generic Management Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
- 8x Service Station Attendant Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
- 2x Retail Supervisor Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
- 6x Visual Merchandiser Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
- 6x Sales Assistant Learnership – GWK Retail, GWK Retail Branches
Job Requirements:
- Unemployed individuals only
- Grade 12
- Competent in Afrikaans and English
- Competent in basic Mathematics
- Computer literate in MS Office will be an advantage
- Constantly adding value to the business
- A passion for Retail and agriculture
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
