To obtain practical work experience for a one-year work period within the chemical engineering disciplines that aligns with university guidelines, with the ultimate aim of obtaining a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in any of the following fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the mentor/coach in line with the training institution’s requirements, where possible.
The following Work-Integrated Learning Opportunities are open for applications:
P1 and P2 (Work Integrated Learner): Chemical Engineer (x7)
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completed all theoretical modules of a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Good understanding and knowledge of basic chemical engineering concepts.
- Medically fit for BMR and or PMR.
P1 and P2 (Work Integrated Learner): Analytical Chemistry (x7)
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completed all theoretical modules of a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.
- Good understanding and knowledge of basic chemistry concepts.
- Medically fit for BMR and or PMR.
