This opportunity is designed for young, motivated individuals who wish to gain practical experience and technical knowledge in a leading manufacturing environment. Successful learners will participate in a structured training programme that combines both theoretical and workplace learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production maintenance activities and report irregularities within organisational structures
- Apply the fundamental concepts, theories and techniques of production systems
- Apply the fundamental concepts relating to production planning, scheduling and control
- Apply quality control and quality assurance practices for efficient and effective production processes
- Communicate effectively as a member of a team.
Assist in setting up production equipment and machinery. - Support the production NDT line, ensuring materials are replenished as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety regulations.
- Compile production documents, like reports and schedules, accurately and timely.
- Work collaboratively with other NDT Technicians and Operators to meet production targets.
- Handle logistics tasks, including packaging, labelling, and inventory control.
- Maintaining clear communication between production and other departments
- Complying with quality and safety regulations at all times.
- Support the Production team in achieving daily targets and goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science
- Age between 18 and 24 years
- Medically fit
- Fluent in English (read, write, and communicate clearly)

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
