About the YES Programme:

The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is a national initiative aimed at empowering young South Africans by offering them real work experience. As a Payroll Learner, you will gain valuable skills in payroll administration while contributing to a dynamic and growing team.

Role: Payroll Learner

You will assist the HR and Finance teams with payroll processes, employee data management, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers and people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and verify payroll-related data
• Assist with payroll processing and employee timesheets
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Support compliance with payroll and tax regulations
• Handle general HR and admin tasks related to payroll

• South African citizen aged 18–35
• Currently unemployed
• Not studying full-time
• No previous participation in any YES Programme
• Diploma or Degree in;-
  • Human Resources,
  • Payroll Administration,
  • Finance,
  • Or a related field
• Good communication, organisational, and numerical skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Word)
