NCP Chlorchem invites qualified South African candidates to apply for its 12-month SHERQ Learnership Programme 2025. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a passion for Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) and a desire to grow in a leading chemical manufacturing environment.

Purpose of the Learnership:
To develop and produce a competent SHERQ professional who can support and contribute to NCP Chlorchem’s legal compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend both theoretical and practical learning sessions in the SHERQ department
- Complete logbooks and summative assessments
- Perform all workplace experience tasks aligned with SHERQ standards

Qualifications:
- Matric with Mathematics & Sciences
Skills & Competencies:
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organising ability
Other:
- No experience required
- Must pass a medical assessment
