Our esteemed client is seeking motivated individuals for a learnership program at their state-of-the-art production process plant in Gauteng and Eastern Cape. This initiative aims to enhance training and development in specialised skills for the automotive manufacturing and fitment industry.
Program Overview:
- Combines theoretical studies with practical training
- Enhances skills in production technology
- Aligns with industry requirements
Requirements:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18-29 years
- Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12) and/or N2-N4 in Mechanical or Technical studies (TVET)
- English: 50% or higher
- Mathematics: 50% or higher
- Unemployed status
Selection Process:
- Initial screening based on job relevance and legislative requirements
Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
- Criminal background checks
- Qualification verification
- Psychometric assessments
