Program Overview:
- Program Name: Graduate in Training
- Learning Model: Based on the 70:20:10 Model of Learning and Development:
- 70% Hands-on Experience: Most of the time will be spent working directly with ABB’s products and systems.
- 20% Asking Questions: Interaction with industry experts and leaders who will provide career guidance and insights.
- 10% Classroom Learning: Formal training through online platforms and in-person classroom sessions.
- Focus Areas:
- Development of both Hard Skills (technical knowledge) and Soft Skills (communication, leadership, and adaptability) to thrive in any work environment.
For the 2024/2025 Intake, we are looking for graduates in the following areas:
Available Training Areas:
- Corporate Marketing and Communication: Focus on branding, communications, and event management.
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics: Engage with transport, trade, logistics, and supply chain management processes.
- Human Resource Management: Learn about employee life cycle management, learning & development, payroll, and industrial relations.
- Finance or Accounting: Participate in business controlling and managing accounts payables.
- Occupational Health & Safety: Work on health and safety campaigns, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Information Technology or Information Systems: Manage IT processes from start to finish.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s, BTech, or BCom degree in;-

- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
