The Graduate in Training (GIT) program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers within Pele Energy Group, offering them an intensive, well-rounded experience across key business functions.
This program provides a structured, fast-paced learning environment where the graduate will gain exposure to different aspects of the business, develop technical and soft skills, and actively contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
The Graduate in Training will play a critical role in supporting departmental objectives, learning from seasoned professionals, and being mentored to drive continuous improvement.

Graduate in Training: Engineer
Qualifications: Completed (or in final year of) a BSc, BEng, or related Honours degree in;-
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial)
- Computer Science
Graduate in Training: Impact Investing
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Degree in Business Science, Economics, Finance, Politics, Philosophy & Economics or any other commerce-related degree.
Graduate in Training: ESG
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Change, Economics, or related fields
Graduate in Training: Corporate Finance
Qualifications:
- Have completed, or within the final year of studying toward, one of the following undergraduate or honours degrees: Investment Management, Econometrics, Statistics and Mathematics.
Graduate in Training: Business Development
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (all streams can be motivated) or in Finance
Graduate in Training: Investment and Funding Group
Qualifications: Have completed, or be in the final year of study toward, one of the following undergraduate or honours degrees;-

- Finance (specialising in Investment)
- Management Sciences (specialising in Investment Management)

Graduate in Training: Asset Management
Qualifications:
- Relevant BCom Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- CIMA qualification would be advantageous
